Tim is currently the Managing Director at TriO Capital, where he is spearheading the company's growth as a fully-integrated investment and asset management business. TriO takes a comprehensive approach to active platform administration and maximizes the value of real estate through strategic asset enhancements and effective capital expenditure. Tim brings extensive operational expertise to his role, having previously served as the Chief Operating Officer for Ovolo Group in Hong Kong and Indonesia. During his tenure, he successfully led the expansion of the company's portfolio, including its entry into Bali, and launched the By Ovolo Collective in South East Asia.

Throughout his twenty-year career, Tim has been a proactive force in disrupting the traditional hospitality model. He excels as an astute executive, proficient in driving business performance, investment and asset management, feasibility and ideation, business development, and commercial leadership. His expertise has been honed through working in diverse locations such as New Zealand, China, the United Kingdom, Macau, and Hong Kong.

Possessing a deep understanding of the real estate landscape in one of the world's most competitive markets, he most recently served as the CEO of RedBox Storage, a Brookfield portfolio company operating in the industrial alternative asset sector. In this role, Tim significantly enhanced the brand's visibility, improved product appeal, and executed strategic asset acquisitions, leading to his board appointment at the Self Storage Association Asia, further highlighting his industry expertise and leadership.
